The Agricultural Act of 2014 Farm Bill was signed into law by former President Obama. Section 7606 of the bill re-established the legal cultivation and marketing of industrial hemp on US soil through state agricultural departments, it did not include marijuana. The seeds, oils, proteins and extracts of industrial hemp are considered an agricultural commodity. Industrial hemp is cultivated for use in the production of a wide range of products, including foods and beverages, cosmetics and personal care products, including nutritional supplements, and does not have a concentration of tetrahydro-cannabinol (THC) greater than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.  Our goal is to help you stay healthy without getting high.

The term “tetrahydrocannabinols” includes all isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers of tetrahydrocannabinols.
