Due to the State of Ohio declaring CBD illegal, we are voluntarily suspending sales until the anticipated passage of the 2018 Farm Bill by the House Committee on Agriculture.
Passage of this bill will ensure the future of Industrial Hemp including the food products and CBD, that are derived from Industrial Hemp.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this temporary hold is causing you or your family. Ohio’s political leaders have instructed The State of Ohio Pharmacy Board to direct those needing CBD (a nutritional supplement defined by the 2014 Farm Act, signed by President Obama) to see a doctor, get a prescription and go to one of the State’s Medical Marijuana dispensaries. (Due to open soon).
Ask your state representative to support Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senator Paul Ryan in passing H.R.2, the Agriculture and Nutrition Act, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill, as it makes its way through the U.S. House of Representatives early next month.
